Design Notes

This part was designed to show that Plux promoter can be activated in the presence of AHL 3OC6-HSL and LuxR expression. LuxR expression was monitored thanks to an added myc-tag. Plux activity was monitored thanks to a reporter GFP. All the RBS used were of moderate strength (BBa_B0034)
